Mike Daugherty is our service manager. Mike is a graduate of The University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima, OH and has been employed by MacAllister Machinery for over 10 years as a service technician and a road service man with emphasis on ag-related service including Cat, Agco and Ag-Chem products.  He has extensive contacts with large producers as well as a number of the co-ops throughout northern Indiana.

A fully stocked and equipped service truck has been acquired.  Our main focus is on installation of Trimble AutoPilot/Ag Leader Insight systems for our Elite Ag Solutions division. We also do custom installation work for other Trimble and Ag Leader Master Service dealers in our territory.

Mike is available for firmware updates and in-season, on-farm service calls providing the Ag Leader and Trimble owners in our area with product service and support that is unmatched in the industry.
